“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Why we give.
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.
Ways To Give
Give Online
By signing up for online giving, you can make tithing even easier. By giving online, you can help the church budget for our ministries and operating costs more effectively, while making sure you don’t miss a Sunday due to inclement weather or other issues. Help us continue to do God’s work in and out of our walls by giving as you are called.
Give In Person
Each Sunday, you have the option to give in-person through our collection plates. Cash and checks are accepted, but we do not have in-person electronic giving currently. For electronic giving, we encourage you to use the giving form on this page.
Mail A Check
Good Shepherd is able to accept checks for giving. Checks should be made out to Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and mailed to 305 E Smallwood Dr, Waldorf, MD 20602.
